Dick Proudfoot

Dick has 40 plus years experience as a Dealer. He has owned dealerships in both Oregon and Washington. Dick has gained a wealth of knowledge over that period of time and he has experienced economic times, good, bad and very bad which uniquely positions him to help dealers become more successful in their business.


Steve Kelln

Steve spent over 25 years in the insurance business, working with banks, credit unions and other lenders in most of the western states. He worked with large and small institutions assisting them in offering GAP, Vehicle Service Contracts, Credit Life and other custom designed programs. This background gives Steve the unique perspective of what it takes to make a successful product for the underwriter and more importantly, what it takes to make a successful and profitable program for the dealer.


Brian Debast

An Oregon Native, Brian was born in Portland. After graduation, he went into sales while getting a degree in computer technology. After finishing school, Brian discovered he had a passion for professional sales, not working all day with computers. Brian spent several years selling automobiles at a Beaverton franchise; that led to him going into the used car business. He operated a successful dealership on 82nd Ave with a focus on special finance.  He eventually sold this business and in 2009, Brian became Dealer Consultant for NW Dealer Financial Services.


Mike Mosey

Mike was born and raised in Washington, and earned a B.S. from Central Washington University. He is a US Navy Veteran and loves to travel.   His passion of cars led him into the auto industry almost 20 years ago. Since then he has been continuing his education with the dealer association, and keeps up on laws, rules, and regulations. His knowledge, skills, and experience with the State makes him a great asset to have for new and seasoned dealers.  Mikes proudest accomplishment is that he is a dad to 2 wonderful daughters, Grace and Abigail.


Mona Hansen

Mona entered the automobile business in 1985.  She has worked as a vehicle buyer, wholesaler, and has experience in retail auto sales and F&I department. She understands dealer issues…..


Mauricio Ocampo

Mauricio lives in the Sacramento California area with his family and has been involved in the retail automobile business for many years. He understands the challenges dealers face on a daily basis because he has been there.


Johnny Morris

Johnny Morris has been in the car business for over 22 years. He’s always had a passion for cars and loves meeting new people, so it’s always been a natural fit. He lives in San Diego with his wife and three daughters.


Dean Graves

Dean has been in the retail car business for over 20 years.  He has worked F&I in Franchise Stores, been a GSM and a GM.  In addition he has owned his own Independent Dealerships where he has specialized in Special Finance.  Dean is very knowledgable in lender relations, back end products, how to get deals bought and back end sales.


Chip Aycock

Chip has a long history in car sales and dealing in special finance.  He is a 3rd generation new car dealer.  He was an Olds-Buick-Cadillac- GMC dealer for 15 years, a BHPH owner/dealer for 9 years, and a board member of AADA for 6 years.  He has also been an auto warranty salesman for 4 years.  He has signed over 250 dealers in Missouri and Oklahoma.  He has a wife of nearly 35 years and 3 sons.



Kurt Shelton

Kurt has vast experiences in sales, logistics, training, buying, reconditioning, finance.  He’s owned several dealerships totaling over 13 years.  He’s also owned/operated Transport in between owning/operating dealerships.  Kurt is a versatile person and has a expansive knowledge of dealer operations.

Harry Proudfoot

Harry has been in the Insurance, Finance and Business Development business for over 30 years.  He has worked with many, many successful business owners helping them to maximize their bottom line. He is now focusing on working only with automobile dealers because of the huge opportunity he sees in that profession.

David Proudfoot

David has been involved in the retail automobile business for 30 plus years.  He has owned his own dealership, managed a number of stores and has focused on the Special Finance world for the last 20 years.  David has a wealth of knowledge that will be of benefit to any dealer, large or small.
